01. How much do I get paid as a webmaster?
You get a 17% commission of the gross turnover generated by your fruitwinner players.
You get 25%-40% commission on the net profit generated by your MyJackpotCasino players.
02. When do I get paid?
The credit invoices will be paid within 5 workdays after each month.
03. How do I get paid?
The payment wil be done with the information you signed up. You will receive a credit invoice discretely by e-mail. Wire transfers are available for a fee of 4.5 Euro for Europe and 7 US dollars rest of the world. If you live in a country such as Russia or countries where the postal system is not what it should be, you may want to think about getting paid via a wire transfer so that your check doesn't get lost in the mail!
04. How do I know how much money I'm making?
We provide online statistics for you 24 hours a day. Log in with your username and password to our secure affiliate stats interface page to see how much you have earned along with other relevant stats.
05. Is there a minimum payout?
The minimum payout is € 50. If you do not make at least € 50 during the pay period, your balance will be carried over to the next pay period.
06. I didn't receive my payment. What should I do?
If you didn't receive your payment, can't cash-in your check or have a question regarding your payment, please contact us.
07. How can I change my personal information?
When you log in the webmasters' area, click on "Change your details" and modify your account details there.
08. How can I change my banking information?
Go to Helpdesk / Contact fill in the information and send us your new bankinginformation. You can`t modify this online
because of the risk of abuse.
09. My code doesn't seem to work, what can I do?
First make sure that your code was placed in the section of your page. If it still doesn't load just contact our technical support with the url of the page it is placed on and we will be glad to help.
10. Why do I have to fill in my VAT-number?
You only have to fill in this number if you have a company. Because of the European Tax-regulation-rules we have to mention this number on the credit invoice.
11. Do I receive VAT over my income?
VAT is not paid over commissions of partners from abroad.
12. Do I have to pay for data traffic?
All traffic generated by our marketing tools and games is on our expenses.
13. Is it legal to promote slotmachines?
The slots offered are legal in the country of origin and can therefore be promoted without limitations.
14. Do I have to pay income-tax over my profit?
All income you gain is subject to tax-regulations in your country of origin. Apply to your tax-office for specific regulations in your country.
15. Can I have more webmaster accounts?
It is allowed to have more then one account, but you should mind the threshold for monthly payout when dividing turnover over several accounts. To help you keep track of where your visitors came from - in case you have several accounts - we've provided a special 'info' variable. You'll get more detailed statistics information by adding it to your links.
16. What does it cost?
This program is absolutely free, with no hidden costs to you.
17. I live in an country where it is considered illegal to gamble online. Can I still sign up?
Yes. Advertising online gambling is not as if you are actually gambling yourself. It's totally legal.
